Agreeing to these terms
These terms cover your use of the Skyview Anaheim Sunrooms & Patios website and any estimate or work you ask us for. By using the site, calling us or booking a visit, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site, and feel free to call us with questions first.
When we sign a written contract for your project, that contract governs the job. Where it differs from these terms, the contract wins.
What we do
Skyview Anaheim Sunrooms & Patios is a sunroom contractor in Anaheim, CA. We design and build sunrooms, patio enclosures, screen rooms, patio covers and related work for homes in Anaheim and the cities around it. You can read more about our crew and how we work on our about page.
Descriptions, photos and examples on this site are general. Your own job's scope, materials and finish are set in your written estimate and contract, because every house and every yard is different.
Estimates and pricing
Estimates are free and given on site, and asking for one doesn't commit you to anything. An estimate is based on what we can see and measure at your house on that visit and on material prices at that time.
An estimate is good for the period written on it. The price can change if you change the scope or the materials, if the permit office or an inspector requires changes, or if we find hidden conditions once work starts, such as damaged framing or a slab that can't carry the room. We'll tell you before doing any extra work and put the change in writing for your approval.
Any price information on this site is general and isn't an offer.
Scheduling, delays and cancellation
We set a start date with you once the contract is signed and any needed permits are issued. Weather, permit and inspection timing, material deliveries and site conditions can move that date, and we'll keep you posted when they do.
If you need to reschedule, please call us as early as you can so we can hold another slot for you. If you cancel after signing, your contract and any cancellation rights you have under California law decide what's owed, which can include custom-ordered materials and work already done.
We may reschedule or stop work if unsafe conditions, blocked access or events outside our control keep the crew from working safely.
Payment
Your contract sets the payment schedule, including any deposit and progress payments, and the forms of payment we accept. Final payment is due as the contract states.
If a payment is late, we may pause work until the account is current. Where the law allows, you're responsible for reasonable costs of collecting unpaid amounts.
Warranties
We stand behind our work, and satisfaction is guaranteed on every job. Any written workmanship warranty for your project is the one in your contract, with its own terms and length.
Glass, panels, roofing and other products we install carry their makers' warranties, which pass to you as each maker allows. Damage from misuse, skipped upkeep, changes made by others or natural events usually isn't covered.
Apart from your contract and the makers' warranties, this website and its content are provided "as is," without any other warranty, to the extent the law allows.
Limits on our liability
To the extent California law allows, Skyview Anaheim Sunrooms & Patios isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses from using this website or our services, such as lost use of a room. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the work the claim concerns.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit. We're licensed and fully insured.
Settling a disagreement
If something isn't right, call us first at (657) 347-3018 or reach us through our contact page, because most problems get fixed faster with a conversation at the house. We'll look at the issue and give you our plan in writing.
If we can't settle it that way, either of us may use the remedies the law provides, and any dispute terms in your contract apply.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal action about them is brought in the courts serving Anaheim, California, unless the law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you use the site or sign a contract is the one that applies, and a signed contract doesn't change with later updates unless we both agree in writing.
If you have a question about any of this, call us or use the contact page. You can head back to our home page at any time.
